What the Package Includes

Time Line for Completion is 5 weeks

  • Introductory phone call so the designer can get to know your needs

  • Inspiration Board

  • Itemized floor plan in 2D shown to scale of the furniture placement and flow

  • A concept board with different furnishings for you to decide which direction you would like

  • zoom call with the designer to walk through your concepts

  • Feedback chance for revisions through a personal portal for you to communicate with the designer, and see all products and materials

  • Final concept board of Furniture and Materials a Final 3D Renders showing different angles of the space.

  • Shopping list of all the items with links for your purchases straight to the stores.

  • The package includes all furniture recommendations, sort furnishings, rugs, cushions, throws, ready-made window dressing, wall decoration, mirrors, and lighting.

  • Also included recommended paints, tiles & wallpapers. 

  • We recommended that samples should be bought first, to avoid any disappointments via links sent to you by the designer.

  • A designer how-to guide to help you put the space together

  • Follow up emails with the Designer to make sure you are delighted with your new space, we love you to stay in touch after the project is complete to help with any questions regarding implementation of the project.

What is not included

This service does not include custom curtains, and custom furniture. Any millwork for custom built-ins will be charged as an add on by an hourly rate.

Small articles such as accessories for a bookshelf, display cabinet, or tabletop decorations, are not included however, we do have an art & Small Items package that you can add to your purchase.
